2:41Now PlayingThe Central government is looking at making changes in the existing FDI law and to make it more difficult for China and other neighboring countries to make investments in India. This is along the lines of self-reliant or Aatmanirbhar campaign here introduced by the government in the month of April. Changes to the company's Act, the SEBI Act, as well as the Foreign Exchange Management Act or FEMA that are being proposed. In April, the government had amended the FDI rules to impose a blanket bank on investments through the automatic route from countries that share a border with India including China.
