The hospital which had 20 nurses and 44 doctors on its roll, only saw 5 doctors and 12 nurses turning up for work in the last ten days. This crisis emerged amid the surge in Coronavirus cases in the city.
The Managing Trustee of the hospital Dr Taha Mateen uploaded a video narrating his ordeal and appealing to the doctors to volunteer at least six hours of their time to treat Coronavirus patients and fight the pandemic.
