Maharashtra govt is opposing the CBI probe and said that Bihar Govt only has the right to lodge zero F.I.R's. The F.I.R should have been registered and sent back to Maharashtra govt. However, they began the investigations which they had no right over. They question the CBI probe when the investigation is illegal.
