Dr. Rajesh Kumar Jha, Member, Executive Council, University of Delhi explains how there is no academic rationale in conducting the online open-book examination. Students have been taught and prepared for a pen-and-paper exam format, he then explains that a situation like this cannot be changed suddenly.
The system conducting an online examination, has been assembled immediately and has been launched for students, says, Abbas Naighat, he further states that problems tend to arise. However the year for students will not be wasted, and the government will put in every effort to make it happen.
The Parliament Session of the country is usually conducted between the middle of July up to August, there has not been any sign of this, says Akshay Marathe, AAP, he says that the same Parliament has created the University of Delhi, but it is forcing students to write online exams.
