as posted by the channelRains lash Gurugram. Swanky posh areas have turned into pools. People are making use of boats to commute and vehicles cannot move in the floods. Arterial roads have been waterlogged. Heavy rains caused traffic on the Delhi-Gurugram highway. Hero Honda Chowk and Golf Course Road have been covered with water entirely. The underpass has also been submerged on the Golf Course road.
The default on the part of the road authorities and govt has been exposed. The authorities are now trying to pump out the water. Mirror Now's Alok says heavy rains have converted the cyber city into a water pool. 25 water tenders were needed to pump out water from the underpass.
