3:08Now PlayingHistory sheeter Vikas Dubey's arms license has gone missing. As per the arms department, the files of arms licensing have gone missing. It is reported that they were 200 files. The clerk was unable to produce the required files. An FIR has now been registered against the clerk. In the year 1997, 1st arms license was issued to slain gangster Vikas Dubey. In July 2020, the ADM asked the clerk for Vikas Dubey's arms license files. The files act as evidence pertaining to check how many licenses were granted to the gangster. It is stated that in Uttar Pradesh when a person receives an arms' license, it is granted for a particular gun but it is allowed to keep two on one single license.
