The Calcutta High Court has ordered a second postmortem of the accused and has asked for reports and videography by next hearing. Sreyashi Dey, Times Now reporter, shares the details of the case.
BJP booth president, Madan Ghodai, was arrested on September, 25th for kidnapping a minor. On 27th September, he was sent to judicial custody. His family has alleged that he was tortured while in custody, but the cops have denied the allegations.
The next hearing will take place on Monday where a new autopsy report can provide different insights into the case.
