According to the locals of Samastipur, Minister Maheshwar Hazari has not looked after the constituency. Times Network's Shyam Sundar says the Bihar Minister was heckled during campaigning for votes in the upcoming elections. He was blocked by the locals and asked to go back. The locals said he would not get any votes as the minister has not worked for their development since 10 years.
