The undated video is believed to be from a day when the special Assembly session of Bihar was called during the lockdown. The 12-second video shows the informal conversation between the leaders of the rival parties.
In his defence, Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Modi said that Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader and former Cabinet minister Abdul Bari Siddiqui made this comment as he is aware of the ground reality of his party. Abdul Bari slams and says that he wishes to see the video in which he is said to be saying so.
