as posted by the channelThere is a big development in the Hathras case as the Supreme Court directs the Allahabad High Court to take over the monitoring of the CBI probe in the case. The Allahabad HC had taken Suo Moto cognizance of the case following which it was the SC which had also taken stock of the case.
The SC had termed this case shocking and extraordinary and just a short while back the operative part of the SC orders which were reserved on the Hathras Case have been passed. The CBI will now file the chargesheet in the Allahabad High Court and the HC will look into all the aspects of the case, as directed by SC.
