DNA test confirms that blood sample on the wall and lathi retrieved from Sathankulam Police Station was a match with that of Jayaraj and Bennicks.
The detailed report states that Bennicks and Jayaraj were well before taken to Sathankulam Police Station but were beaten brutally there while several accused in the case were holding their hands.
The report also claims that the Station Inspector Sridhar was also responsible for the torture.
Father and son had severe injuries in their buttocks from which blood was oozing constantly.
Jayaraj had pleaded several times to stop citing his blood pressure but was not shown mercy as per witness counts.
