India and the US both held a joint briefing post the bilateral talks. Both the nations signed the historic defence pack called ‘Beca’ that will facilitate the sharing of high-end military technology, geospatial maps, and classified satellite data.
The U.S Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo paid his tribute to the Galwan martyrs and stated that India and the USA are ready to take on any Chinese challenge in the Indo-Pacific region.
The comment comes because of the ongoing border tensions between India and China at Eastern Ladakh.
