Goa and Kolkata witnessed crowds in beaches and streets as people rejoiced to welcome the new year and bid farewell to 2020, a year that was full of unexpected tragedies.
Police struggled to control the crowds in states as part revellers mocked COVID restrictions and rushed out on the streets to rejoice the new year and celebrate. Watch the video to see the events of last night.
