The Uttarakhand glacial burst tragedy resulted in massive floods that took the lives of several villagers and power project workers and many are still believed to be missing. In his speech, Shah highlighted the events that occurred on February 7 and threw light on the search and rescue operations which are currently underway at the disaster spot.
