Amid the cry of shortage of oxygen cylinders and hospital beds, Prime Minister Modi today reviewed the situation of oxygen availability in the hospitals across the country. Inputs from various ministries were also shared with the Prime Minister today. In order to contain the spread of the virus and to ensure that there is enough supply of oxygen cylinders, PM Modi stated that there needs to be synergy across ministries and the states. Given the critical oxygen crunch in the country, the government has decided to import oxygen cylinders into the country.
