Now a group of three people has been exposed, who used to sell Remdesivir for more than Rs. 20,000 in Chennai. A private hospital doctor is also involved among the three. As the state of Tamil Nadu is facing a high scarcity of life-saving drug, the doctor-led group was selling it openly outside a hospital for high prices. The maximum general price of a Remdesivir vial is around Rs. 3,500 in the country. Now the group has been arrested by the Chennai Police.
