The Tamil Nadu IT Ministry has urged the Centre to ban the series while alleging that it shows Tamil Culture, history, and sacrifices of the Tamil warriors in poor light. The move of the minister comes days after the Rajyasabha MP writes to the Centre alleging that the series shows Tamilian's as a terrorist who has links with Pakistan. At the same time, several political parties have called for a mass campaign and boycott of amazon prime and products if the series won't be taken off the air.
