as posted by the channelThe police FIR filed against the owner of Agra's Paras Hospital did not mention any deaths caused by a lack of oxygen, but the owner can be heard talking about the mock drill that killed roughly 22 people on the claimed video. On June 7, a FIR was filed at the New Agra police station under sections 188 (violation of government orderer), 505 (statement committing public harm), 52 and 54 of the disaster management act, and section 3 of the pandemic act. The chief medical officer (CMO) of Agra filed the complaint. According to the FIR, which is available to the Mirror Now, on June 7, a 'purported' video showing Paras Hospital owner Arinjay Jain declaring that there was "no oxygen at the plant in Modi Nagar" and they had to conduct a "mock drill" was discovered.
