On June 7, a FIR was filed at the New Agra police station under sections 188 (violation of government orderer), 505 (statement committing public harm), 52 and 54 of the disaster management act, and section 3 of the pandemic act. The chief medical officer (CMO) of Agra filed the complaint. According to the FIR, which is available to the Mirror Now, on June 7, a 'purported' video showing Paras Hospital owner Arinjay Jain declaring that there was "no oxygen at the plant in Modi Nagar" and they had to conduct a "mock drill" was discovered.
