as posted by the channelAll Class 10 and 12 pupils in the state who will be mass promoted this academic session will have "passed by mass promotion" written on their school leaving certificates. “In the current academic session, the school leaving certificate of Class 10 regular students will mention ‘passed by mass promotion' in the “remarks” column,” according to a directive issued by Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) exam secretary B A Chaudhary to all school principals on Tuesday. Since all students must have a Class 10 school departure certificate, the remarks or reasons for leaving the school are important to students as well as schools where they are seeking admission for higher education.
