He also adds, Mumbai corporation spent thousands of rupees and still they are not able to give services to Mumbaikars. He further says, every year he raises his voice, tells them, and now the situation in Mumbai is so deteriorating that in the first rain only Mumbai is sinking under the water. He says BMC is total a failure and corrupt also. Mumbai Mayor Kishori Pednekar blamed railway authorities for not cooperating with the civic body, due to which commuters had to face inconvenience.
