Amidst the raging pandemic that India is witnessing, the Centre has now issued guidelines for the management of COVID19 cases in children. The centre has issued an advisory for the same. While advising against the use of anti-viral drug Remdesivir, it suggested the use of paracetamol and warm saline gargles to manage mild infections. Monitoring the health of children at the moment is an important task as the Supreme Court has informed of the third wave of the COVID pandemic which will most likely impact children.
