as posted by the channelThe Finance Ministry has proposed that the country be vaccinated against Covid 24 hours a day, seven days a week over the next few months in order to increase vaccine coverage and re-establish the country's economic growth momentum. The goal, according to the ministry, should be to immunize 70 crore individuals in the country by the end of September. In its monthly economic report released on Wednesday, the ministry stated that speeding up the rate and coverage of vaccination is important to helping India heal and restore economic momentum. The ministry stated that 93 lakh vaccinations are required per day to attain herd immunity.
