His son-in-law Girish Chauwadhary was already arrested and questioned by ED. This is the second time Khadse has been summoned, the case is related to the purchase of a deal of plot in Pune. The probe is into alleged irregularities in the Pune land deal. In 2017 FIR was registered against Khadse and his family, and in the year 2018 clean chit to Eknath Khadse was challenged in court. he skipped the Enforcement directorate summons in December 2020. ED has summons Eknath Khadse second time now.
