Ramana is scheduled to hear the matter in court tomorrow. Recently, the supreme court had granted bail to 13 convicts on July 8 who were lodged in the Andhra jail however the convicts are yet to walk out. The prison authorities have said that they haven't received the papers stating the official orders.
