Singh had resigned from his post on Saturday while Channi got administered the oath today by Punjab Governor Banwarilal Purohit at the Raj Bhawan in Chandigarh. Many Congress leaders attended this event, including Rahul Gandhi who reached the Raj Bhawan in Chandigarh where the oath-taking ceremony is taking place.
