Google had yesterday filed a writ petition at the Delhi high court following an allegedly leaked document in the media by the CCI. This document was related to the antitrust probe detailing the watchdog’s interim fact-finding as it believes Google has breached and has taken advantage of Android's dominating position in India to illegally harm competitors in the world's second-largest internet market.
