They were also asked to keep their utensils separate. The school principal and the two cooks were suspended and terminated, respectively. The chief development officer said that the action was taken after village pradhan Manju Devi's husband Saheb Singh filed a complaint Saturday, alleging SC students were being discriminated against at the government primary school in Dodapur in Bewar block. This comes just ahead of the Uttar Pradesh elections due next year, where caste-based discrimination is still prevalent in society. Watch the video to know more.
