2:05Now PlayingOn September 24th, an RTI activist was shot dead in the East Champaran district of Bihar. Unidentified assailants on bikes opened fire on Bipin Agrawal. Two accused have now been arrested out of the 5 who were identified by the local police. It is being reported that Bipin Agrawal has filed several RTI applications against leaders involved in high-profile cases, which led to such severe consequences. The local police have also added that the accused murdered Bipin Agrawal on purpose and did it to receive the bounty. The police are now looking for the remaining three accused who are still on the run.
