In an annual battle against air quality, Delhi's pollution levels have stumbled severely. As per reports, 14 per cent of the pollution contribution comes from stubble burning in the Union Territory. A steep rise in stubble burning has been witnessed in the last few days. On this Arun Shrivastava, Assistant Professor of Environmental Studies from JNU joins and talks about the causes and solutions of the recurring annual problem. As per WHO reports, air pollution causes 1 in 10 deaths in children under 5 years of age.
