The court has said, 'Most victims do not speak up and complain, only few victims gather the courage to speak up. It is a shame that women cops are not treated with dignity. If a woman IPS officer can be subjected to such assault, less needs to be said about women police personnel with lesser ranks. God save the (police) department'.
