The NCB team questioned Sameer Wankhede for more than 3 hours, where he clearly denied all the allegations against him. Sameer Wankhede says that " it is a fabricated story planted against me and it is a conspiracy to divert the direction of the probe." Wankhede also said that "the cruise drug party bust was carried out legally." He further claims that NCB's independent witness, Prabhakar Sail's allegations are baseless. Sail had claimed that on the night of the drug bust he was made to sign a blank affidavit.
