It made it clear that all traffic analysis was done, due process was followed while paying contractors, and even a panel was set up to look into the resetlement of the fishermen. Remember, the BJP had the sight of the controller and auditor, the general report, and many other allegations, including claims that there were no experts to oversee the project and that the contractors were paid without any work.
