CM Channi can contest elections from Chamkaur Sahib and Adampur assembly seats of Punjab. After Captain Amarinder Singh, Charanjit Singh Channi took over the responsibility of Punjab, now may be included in the first list of Congress candidates. CM Channi is currently an MLA from the Chamkaur Sahib Vidhan Sabha seat. Tomorrow the Congress can release the first list of candidates for the Punjab Legislative Assembly elections. Voting will be held in Punjab for the Legislative Assembly elections on February 14. The results will come on March 10.
