A lot of fireworks are expected in this budget session as Cong leader Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury has sought a privilege motion against Ashwini Vaishnav, the I.T Minister. President Ram Nath Kovind in his address further added "Our small-scale farmers have a significant role in the country's development; my govt has always prioritised 8-% small-scale farmers. As part of PM Kisan Samma Nidhi, over 11 Cr families of farmers benefited."
