As per breaking inputs coming in on Mirror Now, after the Finance Minister of India, Nirmala Sitharaman presented the Budget for the year 2022-23 yesterday, it has received mixed criticism, particularly from the opposition. The opposition has slammed the budget as 'anti-people' and 'anti-poor,' and highlighted that no changes have been made in the tax slabs. Alleging, the 2022 budget as capitalist, the opposition has cited a 34 per cent hike i capital expenditure. Earlier, Prime Minister Narendra Modi hailed a ;progressive' budget in his speech focusing the light on 1 lakh crore interest-free loans to states.
