The budget is expected to focus on infrastructure, health, and Mumbai Climate Action Plan (MCLAP). According to the civic body officials, no new taxes will be announced, as the city is set to go into civic body polls in the next three months. Mirror Now has exclusively accessed the break up of Mumbai civic body's spending of its annual funds which shows that only 47% of allocated funds for development work were utilized till December last year.
