Chief Minister of the state Basavaraj Bommai has ordered that all high schools and colleges will remain shut in order to maintain peace and harmony in the state. This comes after a massive protest and clashes erupted in the state on Tuesday. The girls have been wearing hijab for quite a long time but it is only recently that a stir happened in one of the government colleges in Udupi in Karnataka where saffrons scuffs clad hooligans entered the campus and they started protesting against hijab on the campus and from that day onwards till today this is the situation that has turned out to be.
