A fresh plea has been filed in the Karnataka High Court asserting freedom of religion in the country. The petition also says that it's their fundamental right to practice their religion and forcing them from following the religion is unacceptable. In a hearing on the Hijab Ban row in Karnataka, the high court said that students should avoid wearing religious things till the final order. The hearing was adjourned till 14th February in this case. Meanwhile, the court ordered to reopen classes till 10th but, students of 11th and 12th grade still have to wait to go back to school due to the massive outrage over wearing hijab in the educational institutes. Karnataka police have also ordered protesters to keep their protest at least 200 meters away from any educational institute to avoid any disturbance to the students. As per the reports, similar incidents are being noticed in several states and, it is being said that impact will grow further.
