as posted by the channelAs per breaking inputs coming in from Katni Madhya Pradesh, in a shocking accident, a tunnel Caved in. Reportedly, 7 labourers were rescued, and 2 are still stuck inside. The rescue operation is currently underway with the assistance of a State Disaster Emergency Response Force team (SDERF.) The nine labourers were trapped after an under-construction tunnel of the Bargi underground canal caved in at Sleemanabad in Katni district of Madhya Pradesh, as per the administration on Sunday. Additionally, the state Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan took cognizance of this incident in Sleemanabad. In a phonic conversation, he sought all the information about the incident from the Katni collector. An administration official on this unfortunate incident stated that "Of the 9 labourers trapped, 7 have been rescued after an under-construction tunnel of the Bargi underground canal caved in at Sleemanabad in Katni district of Madhya Pradesh; 2 yet to be rescued. SDERF team at the spot."
