Kailash Chandiwal summoned the state cabinet minister and senior NCP leader Nawab Malik. The Enquiry Committee is currently investigating the corruption allegations against the former Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh. On Tuesday, the NCP leader Nawab Malik was summoned to appear before the committee by Thursday. Reportedly, this comes in shortly after the suspended police officer Sachin Vaze made a statement to the commission about Malik's recent conversations in the media. Vaze admitted that he and the city's former top cop, Parambir Singh were behind the entire Antilia bomb scare incident.
