2:04Now PlayingAs per the latest news on Mirror Now, several villagers have been arrested in the Gaya district of Bihar after the clash with police officers who were assisting government officials in the auction of sand mines. Some of those protestors including women being handcuffed by the state police and villagers started throwing stones at the police. The cops started using batons and tear gas shells to disperse the mob and some of them also sustained minor injuries in these clashes. It was a police action crackdown underway against the local sand mafias. The police allege that local villagers have started pelting stones in the bid to save the sand mafias. Tune in to know more.
