Indrani Mukherjee is the key accused in the famous Sheena Bora murder case. The top court has asked CBI to respond to the notice within three weeks on the application that was filed by the lawyer of Indrani Mukherjee. Mukul Rohtagi, the lawyer of the prime accused in the case, argued that the case is being dragged and, no witnesses have appeared for the last one and a half years. Remember that earlier, Indrani Mukherjee claimed that she spotted Sheena Bora in Srinagar.
