This is after a report by market regulator SEBI that accused Anand Subramanian and NSE CEO Chitra Ramkrishna of governance lapses during their tenure. The CBI also questioned Subramanian on his association with Ramkrishna. The SEBI report has said that the ex-national stock exchange CEO had claimed that she has been cleared by a Himalayan Yogi to appoint Subramanian as the group operating officer.
