He has to remain under ED custody until March 3rd now. Malik was arrested yesterday for alleged D company links and taken for questioning 8 hours before his arrest for reportedly buying property from the 1993 bomb blast convict Sardar Shav Ali Khan, who is allegedly a close aid of terrorist Tiger Menon. Meanwhile, the Bhartiya Janata Party seeks Malik's resignation, but Aghadi backs him, says; 'won't sack him.' During the court hearing on Wednesday, Malik was certain that he has nothing wrong and vowed to fight this injustice against him.
