The ministry is holding a meeting to execute plan B to evacuate Indians from Ukraine as the airbases in the country have been shut down because of the war started by Russia. MEA has also asked students living in Ukraine to follow the embassy website and social media accounts to get updates on evacuation plans and flights. India has evacuated over 400 engines in the last two days. Remember flights sent from Delhi to rescue Indians from Ukraine were sent back to India without even landing in the airbase. Over 20,000 Indians are yet to rescue from Ukraine.
