The battle for Uttar Pradesh has reached the sixth phase and the polling will be held on 3rd March,2021. Journalist, Archana tells us about the seats available this time in this very crucial phase. She says that according to a lot of people, the sixth and the seventh phase is the ultimate battle royale of Uttar Pradesh. The most important aspect of this phase is that the UP elections has now moved to Purwanchal, the eastern part of UP. The biggest highlight is that the UP chief minister is going to make his debut. The polling is going to take place in 57 seats accross 10 districts, 676 candidates are competing in the election and 2.4 crore people are eligible to vote. Gorakhpur is a very important seat among others 9 districts. The another important aspect is that the BSP could prove to be a king maker because this is a phase that has a lot of seats with Scheduled Cast voters.
