Opposition party AIADMK has walked out of the Budget session of the Tamil Nadu Assembly. This is the second Budget of the DMK government and is being presented as an e-budget. The finance minister is expected to make announcements related to reform measures to boost the state’s revenue, to reduce the debt burden. Tamil Nadu government will also be distributing free textbooks to students from classes 1 to 10.
