2:42Now PlayingAs per breaking inputs coming in on Mirror Now, the Chhattisgarh chief minister Bhupesh Baghel writes to seventeen chief ministers, requesting them to jointly raise demand with the Centre to continue with the GST compensation for the next ten years. This comes in after the Central government decided that the compensation of GST given to the states will be stopped from June 2022 onwards. CM Baghel states in his letter that this decision by the Centre, may lead to a huge loss of revenue for the producing states. In light of this situation, he urged the Center to continue with the GST compensation or come up with an alternative system.
