The petrol prices have increased by Rs 0.80 per litre while the diesel prices have surged by almost 70 paise per litre. The prices of Petrol in Mumbai have crossed Rs 115 per litre while that of Diesel is close to reaching Rs.100. Meanwhile, the opposition has slammed the BJP-ruled central government over this issue and has sought a response from the Prime Minister over this. Commuters too have vocally put forth their problems that have been in place due to increasing fuel prices.
