He ensures that the incident never recurs and also asks the top cop that strict action must be taken against all the accused. Delhi police arrested two minors who were stone-pelting. So far, police have arrested 24 people. Ansar and Aslam were the primary suspects in the violation. Sonu, who fired on Delhi police, was also arrested by police.
